Can Nurofen Be Pregnant?
Waiting for the baby is a crucial period in the life of every woman, when one has to worry about one’s own health and the state of the child with double caution. During pregnancy all forces are directed to the development of a new life and the protective function of the body is weakened. With reduced immunity it is very easy to get sick, especially in autumn or spring.
Everyone knows that you can not get sick and drink medicines while you are pregnant. But what to do, when it hurts, and does not work? Of course, to be treated! First of all, tell the gynecologist who is leading your pregnancy. He can correctly appoint treatment and assess the risk of improper intrauterine development of a future child.
But there are unforeseen circumstances, when you need to remove the pain quickly. The disease always comes unexpectedly: on weekends, at night, during a trip.
When pregnant, the following drugs are allowed:
- non-steroidal analgesics (ibuprofen);
- anilides (paracetamol);
- derivatives of propionic acid (ketoprofen);
- derivatives of phenylacetic acid (diclofenac);
- pyrazolones (analgin or metamizol sodium).
Self-medication is not recommended, only in emergency cases, because the diagnosis, posed to himself, may be incorrect or the selected medication for self-treatment is ineffective.
