The benefits of mint tea for colds, colic and migraines are known to all mothers and grandmothers.
It helps with spasms of the stomach and nausea attacks mint broth. For this, a tablespoon of crushed leaves of the plant is poured into two glasses of water and kept on fire until boiling. After ten minutes, the broth is turned off and left under the lid for a quarter of an hour, then filtered. Drink it to 60 ml several times a day before meals.
