How to lose weight during breastfeeding
How to lose weight breastfeeding woman after childbirth? This question bothers many young mothers, because any woman wants to remain beautiful and attractive, despite the troubles and new concerns about crumbs. Especially acute is the problem of losing weight during breastfeeding, because at this time you need to think not only about yourself, but also the baby. Is it possible to reduce weight during this period or is it better to postpone this task until after lactation? In fact, you can lose weight and sometimes you need breast milk, but you need to do everything right, avoiding unnecessary stress and hard diets.
Many young mothers make some mistakes, because of what their weight during breastfeeding not only does not go away, but also is typed.
Many women after the birth begin to eat for two, believing that their baby may not have enough milk. Per day, the body spends no more than 500 calories on lactation, so it’s not worth it to increase your diet to 2500-3000. Another misconception: the nutritional value of milk depends on the calorie content of the mother’s food. This is absolutely not the case, since the fat content of milk is provided by the reserves available to the body, and supersaturation of the diet with fats and carbohydrates will only add wrinkles on the woman’s stomach. To eat during the period of breast-feeding is not much, but balanced!
The choice of physical exercise should be approached rationally:
- in the gym should abandon occupation with burdening, since they can cause an increase in the content of lactic acid in milk - and its new taste, most likely, the crumb will not like it;
- to perform exercises associated with sharp jumps or active mahami hands, you need to wear a special supporting bra, which reliably fixes the chest and prevents its stretching;
- temporarily should abandon occupations with high aerobic load (running, step, classical aerobics): they lead to large losses of fluid, which can adversely affect lactation;
- It is necessary to avoid exercises that injure the chest.
Becoming a mother, a woman in most cases can return to those sports that were practiced before pregnancy. However, training should be moderate and not debilitating, to give mom vivacity and a good mood.
Do not confuse high-grade food with high-calorie. Of course, strict diets with breastfeeding are strictly contraindicated, but it is quite possible to make your diet balanced.
