Thanks to cardio training, the metabolism is improved, the skin circulation is enhanced, the oxygen flow is improved. All this leads to an improvement in the condition of the blood.

6. I regularly go to the beauty salon. There I offer many different types of massage and wraps, peeling, which use special ingredients. All this has a beneficial effect on the recovery of the skin. And the advice of an experienced beautician will not interfere. He will assess the condition of the skin, carefully examine the problem areas, which include the hips, arms and abdomen.

7. I am already forty, so I advise other women of the same age to undergo a lapectomy procedure.
