All girls want their skin to be smooth and clean. Then morning makeup takes several times less time, and it is much nicer to look in a mirror. I can not boast of perfect skin, but with the help of some habits I manage to keep it in good condition.
Never, never, never go to bed, do not wash makeup. Never at all. Somehow, but you need to wash, even if the legs do not walk, hands do not rise, and your head is spinning. This should be a natural urge – as the need to visit the toilet with a clear purpose 🙂
Never, never, never touch your face with your hands. It is very difficult to withdraw from this bad habit, if it appeared once. But you can. You can persuade yourself, you can come up with some kind of action in return, but for me personally it turned out to be effective in the literal sense of beating yourself in the palm of your hand. It sounds funny, very funny in the process, but it really helped 🙂
It is impossible to aggravate the found imperfections. It was me who so delicately veiled the phrase not to squeeze pimples. Especially dirty hands on untreated face. But on the whole, one cannot do this at all, even with clean hands, at least with dirty hands. It is fraught with the spread of infection and the appearance of much more trouble on the skin.
Even from the banal – you always need to moisturize the skin after cleansing – even if summer is hot and you do not want Sweat does not moisturize the skin, despite the fact that the forehead is wet in the heat 🙂

The chocolates that girls eat at night under a blanket are then deposited on their bottom. And the whole junk, that is, food debris, becomes visible on the skin of the face. Someone more, someone less, but chips, smoked meats, soda and other dubious joys do not contribute to healthy skin. Therefore – in the furnace, I do not eat this anymore.
And yes, I had to quit smoking too. First of all, not because of the condition of the skin, of course, but not to the last. The most difficult part, probably. But the most useful, by and large 🙂
And one moment. I warn you – I am not a doctor, this is not a recommendation – just a comment from personal experience. With the start of taking oral contraceptives (in other words, birth control pills), my skin has visibly improved. Almost close to a possible ideal. But I repeat – no recommendations. The purpose of taking OK is not at all in improving the skin of the face, as you understand.
