My means to strengthen the nails, face and body care

Now it’s so beautiful outside! Trees stand with bright foliage, and a cold wind blows clouds with its power. Would look at nature all day and rejoice. Only problems interfere with this. That sheet, the skin dries, the nails exfoliate.

I must say, for me, in many ways, summer is the easiest season, including in self-care. Demi-season, I somehow always get harder. It may be difficult for my body to quickly change from heat to cold and vice versa.

For example, now I’m looking for options for homemade face masks for anti-weathering and for moisturizing, as I’m still not able to find the right one among the store creams. Still doing nail strengthening. I tell you about my trials and successes now.

Lemon around the head

This recipe is difficult to attribute to the masks or trays. To be honest, I do not know how to call it correctly. Rather, this: firming treatment for nails with lemon. I adore her for simplicity, accessibility and efficiency. As for me, this is the healthiest way that you could think of)))

In short, I just take a whole lemon, cut it in half and immerse it in the pulp of each half every five fingers. I must say that this procedure always has a background, as it’s boring to sit in that position for 10 or 15 minutes, looking at the ceiling, and generally wrong.

Beforehand, I always find some suitable time transfer or video on the Internet and sit down with lemon hands already in front of the screen. I can watch the started movie or on the contrary start a new one. In short, I always spend this time with the benefit of nails and interest for myself)))

Then I go to wash under a stream of lukewarm water. Carefully wipe my hands with a towel and rub some of the oils in my nails. I try another 10-15 minutes to do nothing with my hands to let the oil soak. Those. watch the transfer)))

With a regular procedure twice a week, the effect is noticeable: the nails no longer exfoliate, and the cuticle grows more slowly. Of course, another important point is that yellowing leaves the nail.

To be honest, I really liked the oil baths because you can use a variety of oils in them. By and large, any that are sold in pharmacies. I must say that I made an unambiguous conclusion for myself: baths from warm oil give much more benefit to the nails. Therefore, although it is often reluctant, I still struggle with my laziness and heat up some oil (olive, sesame, almond, or any other) in a water bath.

Sometimes I just put my fingers on it for about 15 minutes. And I often improve it, putting there a few drops of any essential oil (of those that are at home) or liquid vitamin A and E, bought in a pharmacy. Very well strengthen these baths, not complaining.
