My homemade facial scrubs, facial and body care

To keep the skin of the face clean and fresh, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. One washing and lotions are not enough, so I use scrubs. I enjoy cooking them on my own.

In a big city, especially in summer, I often feel that my skin is choking. The pores become clogged with dust, make-up and sebum. If the whole thing is not cleaned, as a result, the skin will become dull, flabby, and inflammation will appear.

Therefore, I regularly scrub the skin. And the scrubs are mostly cooked by myself. Their advantage is efficiency, naturalness and safety. What, I think, will not give the purchased funds.

For me, oatmeal is the easiest and most effective scrub. I do not grind them even. I buy medium-sized flakes. In the morning I take about a teaspoon of flakes in a bowl.

I substitute under warm water, without unclasping my hands. When the flakes get wet, I blur the gruel in my palms and apply it. Not for long I massage, wash off with warm water, then cool.
If not laziness, then mix flakes with cucumber, grated.

Non-staining berries with small bones are suitable for scrubs. I mix berries with whole-wheat flour or cottage cheese. After massaging my face, I leave the mixture for 5 minutes, then wash it off. The mask scrub with hard particles polishes the skin, and berry acids work like peeling.

Useful and pleasant scrub out of cocoa. I make a gentle scrub – I spread a tablespoon of cocoa with a teaspoon of milk. This mass massaging face. Then I wash it off with warm water.

My sharpest scrub comes out of a spoon of cocoa, a spoon of sugar and a spoon of olive oil.

Good not only in masks, but also for making home scrubs. A spoonful of clay is diluted with a spoon of kefir or low-fat sour cream. Add scrubbing elements: a few raspberries or half a teaspoon of coconut chips.

Oatmeal and whole grain flour are also suitable. My most favorite recipes for scrubs with clay – with the addition of herbs. If not laziness, I grind a teaspoon of mint, chamomile or sage in a coffee grinder.

I crush the rice in a coffee grinder, and then pour the powder into a jar from under the cream. Ground rice grains not only polish the skin, but also absorb dirt and grease from the pores.

I mix them with kefir, green tea and drip essential oils into the scrub. I want, yes, I save everything, cook rice from rice according to an old recipe from Japan.

I’m not in all the recipes led proportions. Because when you prepare the scrub itself, you need to take into account the peculiarities of your skin.
