Well-groomed legs are not as difficult as it may seem at first glance. It is worth making quite a bit of effort to make the skin of your feet become more tender and smooth.
Personally, I like to walk a lot. It is useful both for a figure, and in general for health. Of course, one unpleasant consequence of long walks is the deification of some areas of the foot. Moreover, with active movement it is difficult to keep the feet clean and dry all day.
I will talk about two remedies that, more recently, have become my indispensable help for foot care.
Brush with four planes
For a long time I was looking for a pumice brush, or rather, pumice with a handle, so that I liked it and looked good in the interior of the bathroom. Just a pebble with a string did not inspire me much. And finally I found one (in the photo).
I liked the brush just externally, so I bought it. When I reached the application, the investigator’s instinct prompted me to try not only pumice, but also the rest of my acquisition plane.
It turned out that a metal nail file removes coarse skin much better than pumice stone for which the purchase was made. And the villi of the brush itself is tough just enough to perfectly wash the toes, without causing discomfort.
Now this acquisition has become an integral part of my water procedures.
Mint Bliss Cream
The second remedy – foot cream from TM Mary Kay gave me a sister. After reading the title for the first time, I thought: Well, my colleagues and marketing specialists were completely imagined! Think of so called a simple foot cream.
But after the first application, I changed my mind. Having smeared my legs with cream, I felt delight. The cream perfectly nourishes the skin, while mint gives a feeling of freshness and lightness, as if there is not an active day and fatigue behind your back.
Cream Mint bliss I apply, as a rule, every 2-3 days. If you believe the label, the cream contains extracts of mint, eucalyptus, white willow, rosemary and birch.
In the recommendations for use, I read that you can apply this cream without removing the capron tights – it leaves no greasy marks. But I have never tried to do this, because I rarely wear skirts and tights. I love pants and jeans.
As a result of such simple procedures, the legs became smooth and tender. Now I am comfortable to show them on the beach, or wearing open sandals.
I will not deny the beneficial effects of popular recipes, but I especially liked these inventions of the cosmetic industry.
