How to keep skin youthful, face and body care

Although the proverb says that you don’t drink water from your face, one of the main desires of the beautiful half of humanity is to preserve youthful skin for as long as possible.

And it’s worth starting to work in this direction early. After all, our skin, if I may say so, in a very precise way reflects the state of our body, both physical and mental.

And where else, if not on the face, do you see the lack of proper sleep, the presence of bad habits, and the attitude towards yourself as a whole? And, despite the fact that youth is a flaw that passes over the years, it is in our power to delay this process.

Regular – systematic, daily self-care. Not from time to time, depending on the mood, location of the planets and other factors, but constant. These include – daily makeup removal, regardless of fatigue or lack of time for makeup removal, regular skin care – cleansing, moisturizing, nutrition.

By the way, in the winter, you should use moisturizers with caution – do not apply them to your face less than half an hour before going out into the cold. Otherwise, water may freeze directly in the pores of the skin.

That is why creams to protect against frost do on a fat basis, but not on water. And so in the north they often smear cheeks with animal fat in order to prevent frostbite of the skin.

By the way, this applies not only to the skin. The skin of the whole body needs regular care. And not only in the warm season, when the amount of clothing is minimal. This is akin to the principle I do not do a pedicure in the winter, all the same, no one can see the legs.

For example, for me, a huge incentive for regular self-care is, oddly enough, the presence of contact lenses. Those who use them know that they need to be removed daily, otherwise you will have burst blood vessels, dry eyes and other troubles.

Thanks to this, for more than 10 years I have never fallen asleep, without first having washed off the makeup. Another useful tip is to put a hand cream in your purse, and you will use it more often. Testers are very suitable for this, miniature product samples do not take up much space.

It’s no secret that the abundance of fatty foods enhances the secretion of the sebaceous glands, which is especially uncomfortable for owners of fatty skin types. It is well known that one of the main vitamins that maintains the level of skin elasticity is vitamin E. Do not be lazy, review your diet and / or buy such useful vitamins at a pharmacy.

An important role is played by drinking – a sufficient amount of clean water and your skin will not suffer from dryness. This is especially important in winter, during the heating season, when the level of humidity in the heated premises barely reaches 20-30% with the required minimum of at least 50, and better all 70%.

Get in the habit of starting your day with a glass of water. In each room I have a bottle of drinking water, which once again reminds me of the need to replenish the body with fluid.

Active lifestyle

Walking in the fresh air, nature trips, active games outside the stuffy rooms – and your skin will certainly thank you with a gentle flush and freshness.

And our other ally is sleep. It is during sleep that our body rests and regenerates, including the skin. Remember your reflection in the mirror after a sleepless night!

Of course, it is necessary to maintain overall health. After all, the majority of diseases affect the condition of the skin – liver disease gives it a chic yellowish-sallow hue; kidney condition is characterized by the presence of edema, etc.

There are still many factors – positive emotions, harmony in the soul, the absence of bad habits – not count all.

Take care of your skin, take care of your body, take care of yourself, only you and no one else can help her to preserve youth and a radiant look!
