My experiments with Belarusian cosmetics are continuing. And so, finally, I decided to try the line with the healing minerals of the Dead Sea from this manufacturer.
Of course, the Dead Sea in Belarus does not smell, but a similar situation with thermal springs, which did not prevent the Thermal Line cream from surprising me more than pleasantly. And in order not to walk twice, I decided to buy three products at once – a day and night cream for the face, and another for the skin around the eyes from the Dead Sea Cosmetics series.
Since in the cold season my skin often dries out (it affects frost, wind and central heating), I decided to purchase products for dry and sensitive skin of the face.
About the valuable mineral composition of the water of the Dead Sea did not hear except that lazy. It contains a huge amount of salts and minerals that are actively used in medicine and in cosmetics.
It is important to know that most of the components are of inorganic origin, which means that they are not susceptible to oxidation, that is, they retain their healing properties for quite a long time.
The active ingredients that make the Dead Sea-based products so effective are: magnesium (smoothes wrinkles), potassium (regulates moisture and cell metabolism), bromine (calming and antiseptic), calcium (increases the protective functions ), iron (improves cellular respiration), sulfur, selenium, iodine, etc.
The line includes more than 10 products to care for the skin of the face, hands, feet and body. There are versions of face creams that are designed for dry and combination skin.
Description and composition
The manufacturer claims that these products prevent the appearance of new wrinkles and smooth out old ones, give the skin elasticity and relieve tension after stress.
It also mentions the valuable nutritional properties of creams, and daytime additionally has protective properties. Both day and night remedies make the skin velvety, preserve youth and beauty, eliminate dryness and flaking.
The recommended age category is not marked, on the packaging and indicated that it is recommended for all ages. It seems to me that these creams are ideal for women aged 30-40 years, when there are no deep wrinkles yet, but small ones are beginning to slowly appear.
The composition, as often happens with Belarusian remedies, is pleased with the presence of natural components in it. For the presence of minerals from the Dead Sea meets the component of the Dead Sea salt. In addition, there are: avocado oil, glycerin, shea butter, beeswax, wheat germ oil, macadamia seed oil. There is also the component patented by the manufacturer Magnolidone, which is an effective wrinkle corrector.
The first impression is the smell. I would even say, not the smell, but the aroma, which is very gentle, subtle, but at the same time saturated and, if it is appropriate to say about the aroma, expensive, or something. I immediately have memories from childhood, when I secretly sniffed my mother’s cream, then it seemed to me that this is how adult life smells.
Means are absorbed equally well, despite the fact that they are nutritious (usually they are fatter). After applying almost no greasy on the skin and after 20-30 minutes, you can apply makeup. What is important – after using the cream for the skin around the clashes, the skin on the eyelids does not shine, and decorative cosmetics are not smeared.
Creams really nourish the skin. I especially liked the effect on the cheeks, because of the cold, peeling appeared on them, but after a few days of using these products it disappeared, the skin really became velvety and tender.
As for the correction of wrinkles, the situation is no less joyful. I do not know who to believe anymore – one friend says that I have them, the other says the opposite. But the fact that after several weeks of use the skin has become fresher and more elastic – this is a fact.
Packaging at the means of standard – face cream are available in plastic jars with a capacity of 45 ml (cost of one 120r or 30 UAH), cream for eyelids – in a tube with a capacity of 30 ml (60r or 14grn).
Even if I try, I can’t find fault with the Dead Sea Cosmetics line, and there’s no need to do it – they do their job perfectly well. As usual, only the packaging upsets me, well, I don’t like plastic jars and that’s it.
In the near future I plan to buy a face tonic and hand cream from the same series, I will definitely share my impressions with you!
