I, apparently, some strange legs, because I constantly rub my calluses. In the summer it is some kind of disaster. If the shoes are new, then I will wash my fingers until the skin heals. Therefore, I always have a plaster with me. But even after sticking, walking sometimes turns into flour, and I often remember the little Mermaid fairy tale, where every step of the main character hurt her.

The main reason for the appearance of corn – uncomfortable shoes or matched not in size. It is very difficult for me to find a mate, because Firstly, my thumb sticks up, and secondly, I have a size of 36.5, i.e. The 36th is small to me, and the 37th is great. Plus, I don’t wear shoes without a heel. In the summer, on the sea, of course, I manage to slap, but they are on my wedge.

Another reason why in the summer many people make their calluses is that in the winter, we wear tights, socks, and our skin wean off the effects of shoes. But you should wear sandals, as our delicate legs begin to crush the straps and leather edges.

What do we do with corn? Most often, just glue it with a plaster. This is true, but it is better to use not a simple one, but a bactericidal plaster or corn with salicylic impregnation. This magic tool must be glued to the treated corn for a couple of days and it will affect the damaged area of ​​the skin.

Then, when you remove it, the wound will be softened. This procedure is best carried out until complete cure.

By the way, the corn is better not to touch it and especially not to cut it off! Since can easily infect the infection. The same applies to all kinds of puncturing and burning.

I usually use a special plaster, keep the wound clean, and it heals gradually.

But if the corn gets wet, inflamed, it is better to consult a doctor or a beautician. There your wound will be treated and everything you need will be done.


Quality shoes – this is something that is not worth saving. Although I myself love to grab what is cheaper, and then suffer. But if you think about it, it is better to spend a good pair once and wear it for several seasons than to buy cheap junk and then run to a shoemaker for repair. Right now I’m waiting for discounts on winter boots, because I want to buy a really good-quality shoes.

Another example is my sneakers. I bought them at a discount in the company store about 5 years ago. Not only do they have a size of 36.5, so nothing is done to them yet, and they look like new. I don’t even talk about convenience.

In addition, it turns out that it is important to vitaminize yourself in the spring, so that in the summer it would not be excruciatingly painful. Vitamin A is indispensable in this case. Its deficiency leads to frequent skin lesions. Therefore, it is necessary to lean on the carrot, if you do not want to then walk with a plaster on the leg.
