15 kg overweight. This was once my reality. My real nightmare. I was only 20 years old, but I could not afford to wear short shorts and a t-shirt, and I didn’t even dream of going to the beach. And the reason for this was not only extra pounds, but also eerie cellulite – on the pope, hips, stomach. Sometimes it seemed to me that I had cellulite even on my arms and back.
I managed to cope with excess weight, but I had to wage a separate struggle with cellulite. And all because of the fact that cellulite is not an ordinary fat and not just an aesthetic flaw. This is a modified fatty tissue, from which you can not get rid of only hungry diets.
Now, when I put my body in order, I think with horror that one day it can arise again, because cellulite is a rather insidious phenomenon. Appears not only in obese women, but also in skinny, too.
And in order to protect myself from the orange peel, I carefully studied the reasons why it occurs. Besides, I have a great motivation – my husband. The fact is that he has a special relationship to this subject of women’s wardrobe, like … thong! Therefore, on the cellulite priest can not be considered;)
Malnutrition. This is one of the main causes of not only excess weight, but also cellulite. A healthy, balanced food is an excellent prevention of these troubles, as well as the key to good health.
You should avoid eating fatty, salty, smoked, fried foods, mayonnaise, sausages, bouillon cubes, cakes, white bread. But vegetables, fruits, cereals, lean meats and fish can be safely eaten without fear for the beauty of your body.
Hard diets. With a sharp restriction of nutrition, the body can not get the required amount of nutrients and therefore a deficiency of vitamins, trace elements and fiber.
In addition, while observing a starvation diet for a long time, women lose weight first, but then, returning to their normal diet, they immediately recover, and in this case, the appearance of cellulite cannot be avoided.
Insufficient water intake. Water is needed in order to help the body process its fat reserves, as well as remove slags and toxins that accumulate in tissues. If there is not enough water, then in time the skin will become inelastic, dry and flabby, and the cellulite will safely spread.
Bad habits. Smoking disrupts the process of supplying the cells of our body with oxygen, which leads to oxygen starvation, and this is very bad for the health of the skin.
The use of caffeine, alcohol and nicotine in large quantities leads to the fact that our body, saving and protecting itself, moves toxins to original stores – where they are less dangerous – to the hips, stomach and buttocks. Here you have cellulite!
Lack of physical activity and sedentary lifestyle. Short, but regular exercise can increase blood circulation and activate metabolic processes in tissues, and thus prevent the occurrence of cellulite.
Stress. It would seem, what is the connection between nervous tension and cellulite on the pope? It turns out that the most direct – metabolic processes are disturbed in a stressful state, and this is a fertile soil for the formation of cellulite.
High heels and tight clothes slow down the blood circulation process, and this can lead to swelling in the legs, and as a result, to cellulite.
Causes also include heredity, certain diseases, hormonal disorders.
Whether I have cellulite or not, depends a lot on me, because I can influence most of the reasons. I think in this case the expression is also true that it is easier to prevent the disease than to treat it.
Do you know such a problem as cellulite? What do you do to prevent its occurrence?
