The first half of September flew by. Children and parents more or less adapted to school, developed certain habits, and divided responsibilities.
When my daughter went to the first class, it seemed to me that she abruptly became an adult, and it was time to teach her something new, necessary and interesting. First of all, we began to intensively learn the rules of the road, since it was planned that from the beginning of the second grade, the daughter herself would already go out of the minibus and walk about a quarter to the school.
At first we just told her the most important rules, and then we moved on to practice. My daughter went to school herself, and we were several meters behind and controlled the situation.
We also started to leave our daughter alone at home. First for 15 minutes, then for half an hour. I was very worried and called her every 5 minutes. Maximum she was in an adult-free apartment for about an hour and a half and was very upset when we returned.
So that the daughter could have dinner at home, we taught her to use the microwave. But we always block the gas, and we always hide the lighter matches just in case.
Dear girls, tell me, did your children have new responsibilities after they went to the first grade?
