I have never experienced a special love for autumn, unlike my 5-year-old daughter. She gladly accepted the end of the hot summer and did not even mourn (unlike me) the change of clothes.
Every day after kindergarten, my daughter asks for a walk, while I want to wrap myself in a warm blanket and do not stick my nose out of the house. At such moments I persuade myself that the movement is life, and we are going to the street.
I try to take into account the wishes of my daughter and every time I wonder where she would like to go. Sometimes the daughter wants to visit the cafe and you won’t be lured by any gingerbread at the playground 🙂 Then I suggest she set up a cafe at home. We go to the supermarket, buy fruit, ice cream and other snacks.
At home, together we bake pizza and draw a menu. We look forward to dad from work and serve the first visitor. Such a game really helps in rainy weather, when you don’t walk on your face, but you get bored at home.
Walking in the park
We have a wonderful park in the city. It is especially good in spring, during the blooming of tulips. But in the fall we also love walks there. We collect the yellowed leaves and chestnuts, fooling around in the foliage.
We definitely take a thermos with hot tea and sandwiches. I remember that in my childhood, food on the street also seemed more delicious than at home. In the park we are often. After all, Tanya has a younger sister, who is sleeping peacefully in a wheelchair in the fresh air.
We join the art
If in the summer we spent all our free time in nature, in the autumn it’s time to visit theaters, museums and exhibitions. Most often we go to the puppet theater. Our acquaintances work there (can you imagine a whole acting dynasty!), Therefore we will be the first to know about the premieres.
At the age of 4, my daughter first visited the museum. She was very interested in the exhibition of folk dolls!
We also often attend exhibitions in the library. We watched landscapes, embroidered paintings, modular origami, and even figurines of bread.
Meetings with girlfriends
My daughter loves to visit and receive guests at home. She has several friends (children of our friends) with whom they love to play. At the weekend, we give them the opportunity to fool around. The main thing is to discuss the trip with the adults in advance and think over the treats.
If there is nowhere to go.
… then we go to the grandmother! This is someone who will always be happy for our visit, give you delicious tea and treat you with cakes. Going to the granny for a long time do not need to beg.
Where do you go with your child in the fall?
