Mum since the childhood tried to teach me accuracy. She took me out of the kindergarten and I gently put my things on a chair, and also collected my toys.
Now in my closet, more often, all things are folded according to the season, and not scattered at random. I spend such a ritual at least twice a year. Everything that I was taught in childhood, I try to instill in my child.
Neatness in everyday life
As my daughter grew older, I told and showed her that rubbish and pieces of candy should be thrown into the bin, dirty laundry should be washed, and toys and books should be folded after the games.
Now Masha even puts her socks in a dresser, helps me to fold things after drying, imitates cleaning. It makes me very happy, because I have seen scattered candy wrappers and wrappers all over the apartment from my moms I’ve known more than once. The only thing we are not coping with so far is the scattered toys.
I also struggle with food. It is sometimes more interesting for a daughter to eat vermicelli with her hands than with a fork or spoon.
It so happened that this trait was passed on to the daughter from the father and me. She does not like her hands or mouth to be stained after eating. During the meal, the daughter always uses a napkin, and if she smears in chocolate, she always runs to the bathroom and asks to wash her hands. Unfortunately, with water, we only get the pampering 🙂 I just can not teach her how to wash her hands by herself.
My mother-in-law told me more than once how my ex-husband already after a year spoke to Kaka rutsi and asked me to wipe them off or wash them.
Now I explain to my daughter what looks ugly when a dress or skirt is felled up. She herself does not like that. I also explain that the girl should always be combed, the appearance should be neat. It happens that it is very difficult for her to do her hair, especially when I want to make something intricate, like spikelets. Cartoons in this plan help out.
On the walk we always have wet and dry wipes. If my daughter gets dirty, I explain that before you eat something, you must wipe your hands. Do not rub your face with dirty hands etc.
Dogs and cats always arouse interest on the street. But I explain that if you can stroke, you should definitely wash your hands after a walk. However, washing our hands is an obligatory ritual after the street.
Try to teach your child to be careful from a very early age, so that you do not struggle with negligence at an older age. When the child understands the speech, it is just the right time to inculcate this elementary skill.
