Unfortunately, often loving mom and dad forget that, first of all, their child must be physically healthy. And for this you need to move a lot, spend time in the fresh air.
It is not necessary to record the kid in the sports section or run in the dance circle. Although I am with both hands for such a pastime. Children love to play and many physical exercises can be presented to them in the form of a game. It is not necessary to reinvent the wheel, often the game itself is prompted by adults themselves.
For example, with the eldest daughter we played dances at home. We included music, she showed me various movements, and I repeated, then the roles changed. As you understand, when mom spent 8 hours in the office, it is difficult to make yourself dance in the evening, but what can you not do for the sake of your beloved child!
In the courtyard we have a hockey box. In the evenings, we go for a walk with the children because it’s cold outside now in the catch-up box. Usually the eldest daughter runs away from us, and we and the younger one catch up with her. Sometimes sly, I grab the little one in my arms and quickly catch up with the older one. Even children love when I circle them. Then hilariously watch as the youngest is trying to restore balance.
I think dad and boy can drive the ball in the yard and arrange something like a football match. Of course, the ball can be played with girls, but something has never reached us before. Even with the help of the ball, you can play edible-inedible. Players throw each other a ball and name various items. The task of playing to catch the ball only when something is called edible.
At home we play this game. We sit down at one end of the room on the fifth point, legs stretched forward. The task is to move one foot or the other forward, thus crawling to the end of the room. The one who does it first wins. Moms, this is a great exercise against cellulite! The younger one does not yet understand what needs to be done, so I complicate my task, soot her on my knees, and so I move.
Dwarfs and giants
Still at home you can play this game. I think many people remember her in their childhood. The leader alternately shouts: dwarfs and giants. And the kids have to crouch or jump. Who jumped at the wrong time or sat down – lost. The game continues until the moment when the neighbors are jumping children from below.🙂
