Summer is a wonderful time for vacations, rest, season of local vitamins from the garden and endless pleasure from new impressions! And for a lot of moms and dads, this is also the time of organizing the summer program of trips for your beloved toddler. And the goal number 1 is, of course, not the delight of a child from new entertainment and not an early acquaintance with the comfort of foreign resorts (this is also, but secondary), and the maximum recovery of the child’s body.
Where to go with the child, how to relax, what to strive for? Let’s discuss!
The classic version of summer activities. Yes, indeed, the sea air, salt water, mountain microclimate have a tremendous impact on the health of adults and children. However, do not forget that the healing effect occurs only when staying on the coast for more than three weeks.
And one more important condition for recovery is access to its sources! I do not understand the parents who take the kids to the sea and do not allow them to swim, limited to an inflatable pool. Or those who prefer to lie in the shade all day and keep the child on a leash.
I’ll tell you how my daughter and I rested on the sea. First, we did not keep the legs in the shoes – all day long, she was running barefoot, because this is a wonderful massage for small feet, where all the nerve endings of the organs are located.
Secondly, my husband and I, in turn, cut circles all over the beach, when my daughter tirelessly studied the area, looked for friends, had fun, and just frolicked.
And, thirdly, we did not limit the child in water procedures! She splashed into the sea as she wanted. If she began to freeze or get tired, she herself was chosen to be careful.
We must remember the main danger at sea – the active sun. If you follow a reasonable mode of the day, and use UV protection, the sun will bring you and your children only benefits.
There are kids who do not tolerate heat. For them and for those who simply want to diversify their sea vacations, there is a miraculous rest in the forest for their contribution to health and emotional state.
The oxygen-rich air will give such a portion of productive energy that the body will work like a clock. As a rule, they go to rest in those forest places where a lake is located nearby or a river flows.
Many babies, who are not yet accustomed to a lot of water, are afraid of the turbulent behavior of the sea, and therefore it will not be superfluous to first acquaint them with the calmer waters of a river or lake.

By and large, it seems to me, you can relax with your child not at resorts, but at the most ordinary country cottage or in the village with your grandmother, if this place solves the main tasks of recovery:
one. Air and sun. In the city courtyard, even if you walk from morning to night, do not take advantage of these elements. So, it is necessary to go to where the exhaust gases of automobiles and industrial emissions do not spoil the atmosphere with their presence.
2 Water. The pool, of course, is also a way out, but only in the absence of living bodies of water. The beneficial properties of microelements and minerals in natural reservoirs, and the moist air near them are capable of treating our children tremendously.
3 Activity. We all know about the benefits of physical education. So children’s activity during the day is endless charging. Encourage and attract the baby to the activity, do not pull your restless toddler with appeals to calm down and sit in the shade. Movement is life!
