The problem of the kindergarten worries all young parents, without exception. It’s no secret what the sad situation in Russia today is with empty places in kindergarten. Queues to the kindergarten, queues in the queue, endless lists, turnouts and passwords … Any srednestaticheskaya family that does not have a lot of money or the so-called cronyer passes through these circles of hell.
I had to deal with a similar and me. Of course, I was aware of this situation with kindergartens even during pregnancy, so on the same day when I received a birth certificate at the registry office, I immediately put Ksyusha in a queue at a kindergarten.
If the queue is not moving
After two and a half years, I decided to ask how our line was moving. And I was extremely amazed when I heard that during this time we had advanced only a few people. I realized that at this rate we would be able to get to kindergarten by the age of 17.
Of course, at first I was very upset and confused, not knowing what to say. But very quickly, my logical thinking took over. And I asked a simple and logical question. More precisely, I asked to show me the queue and the list of beneficiaries to whom I was referred.
I must say, the staff of the preschool education department were very surprised by my request and, I would say, discouraged. I started to say that it is not allowed. After that, I smiled sweetly and said that I would be forced to decide this question not with them. By the way, I learned in advance the name, surname and patronymic of my superiors, as well as contact numbers.
But at the same time my statement was not a threat, but only regret that it was impossible to solve the problem on the spot. Girls! It is very important! Be sure to maintain the illusion of complete tranquility, even if inside you all boils with indignation.
As a rule, such calm scares local officials. Here ordinary psychology works – if a person is calm, then he is completely sure that he is right. And, besides, a calm, adequate person will be met much faster than hysterical alcoholism.
I was asked to come up a few days later. And lo and behold! When a week later I approached them, I was happy to be told that they had an extra ticket to the kindergarten. Amazing isn’t it?
If the line did not stand at all
However, my daughter went to kindergarten just six months. Then we were forced to move to another city. And we again faced the question of how to get to kindergarten. Moreover, this time we did not stand in line.
First of all, I went around all the nearby gardens and talked to their supervisors. My advice is to take a child with you. Many managers are very afraid of various nominees and may simply refuse to talk to you. In no case do not offer money. It is much more reasonable to offer to help with the repair of the garden, to buy something.
And most importantly – check whether you are in the category of citizens who are given preferential places in kindergarten. Such persons include: students, single mothers, children of military personnel, police officers, the fire brigade, the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident.
In addition, few parents know that if a child has reached the age of five, he is supposed to take a place in the kindergarten regardless of whether there are empty seats or not. At this age preparation for school begins. And this moment is very clearly spelled out in the Constitution.
