The task of each parent is to raise a healthy and physically developed child. Morning exercise helps the body to wake up, provides a good mood in the morning. Physically developed baby has a good posture, shape. As a result of the exercises, the cardiovascular system is strengthened, the work of the lungs improves.

Of course, when it is necessary to have time to have breakfast in the morning, and to collect the baby (and also yourself and sometimes the husband), take a shower, thinking about charging is far from first. As an option, you can entrust the child to a video trainer – there are a lot of videos on the Internet with sets of exercises for different ages.

Like adults, children are much more fun to do with music. Better yet, voicing the action in poetic form. My daughter likes poems very much. Four steps ahead, four steps back and Giraffe has spots and spots.

In preschool age, special attention should be paid to the prevention of flatfoot. Useful will be walking on uneven surfaces (special gymnastic mat or small objects), walking on toes and heels.

It will be much more interesting if you call ordinary exercises unusual words. Agree, it is much more interesting to do exercises bunnies in the forest, the plane flaps its wings, the cat stretches, than boring jumps, waving his arms and sipping.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that physical activity should be increased gradually – start with lighter exercises. Children 3-5 years old enough to repeat each exercise 5-7 times.

So, let’s start with the neck – tilt your head to the left, to the right. Then rotate the head clockwise and counterclockwise. Then shoulders – lift them up and down, then rotate the shoulder joints back and forth.

Go down below – hands on the belt, perform the tilt to the left, right. Older kids can do the exercise with their hands up. And my daughter loves to stoop with a hoop in her hands. By the way, if you teach a child to twist the hoop, this exercise just needs to be included in the morning exercises!

I will tell you in confidence, I personally do not know how to twist the hoop. But my little girl virtuously rotates it not only at the waist, but also on the arms and legs. And even 2-3 hoops at the same time, she learned this skill in 3 years and 4 months.

Go to the feet – hands on the belt, marching in place. Then we rise on the toes and heels. Then you can perform jumps on the spot, squats.

In principle, the above exercise is enough. However, if you have time and desire, you can add more difficult exercises.

For example, squats with the ball. During the execution of the ball should be kept on outstretched hands. This task perfectly develops coordination of movements, balance.

Regular jumps can be diluted by tossing and catching the ball – again, excellent coordination develops. You can also perform jumps with a turn – hands on the waist, while turning, we make a turn around ourselves.

In the children’s complex of exercises, it would not be superfluous to add several adult exercises – well known to us a bicycle, scissors.

Try to do exercises daily. However, sometimes, instead of charging, we have a morning run to kindergarten. Yes, after a 20-minute morning jog, especially in winter, the mood rises (usually we do so if the car does not start and there is no minibus for a long time).

Movement for children is a vital necessity. Life is on the move! Encourage, praise the child for their interest in physical activity, work together. By example, show that you enjoy the pleasure of morning exercises.
