How to become strong? For an adult, there are no problems in this – it’s enough to sign up at the nearest fitness club and work hard on a program selected by the coach. However, things are not so simple with children.
Children need to be interested – this time, take into account their capabilities – these are two, and, finally, remember that they can only do something for a certain amount of time.
But first of all it is necessary to understand how the child develops at this time.
Physical development of a preschooler
A preschooler is growing unevenly, so the proportions of his body change all the time. At the same time, the muscular corset is strengthened only in the most important areas, for example, in the region of the spine. The muscles of the limbs, however, remain weak, not meeting the bones. The muscles of the neck, lumbar region, hands, and chest are also weakened. Therefore, the load in no case should not be excessive.
And even if they had previously been sufficiently pumped up, in a month or two their strength was not enough.
With all this, the child, as before, is active. However, being forced to stay calm for a long time (for example, during classes), he then compensates for this with a more dynamic movement. Therefore, being engaged, it is necessary to monitor safety carefully. On average, a child of preschool age makes 15 thousand movements a day!
My daughter began to play this game herself. Having scattered the small details of the designer, she hung from the sofa, leaving only her feet on it, and began to collect toys. Later we made the task more complicated – the toys scattered around the room specially, and I began to hold it by the legs. Thus, she has to walk in her arms.
Although many may recall this exercise from the course of baby massage.
The second exercise we use is the carousel. The main thing here is the right hand grip of the child and the absence of obstacles.
The handle must be wrapped around the wrist to prevent injury. There should be enough empty space around, so it’s best to turn around outside.
We take the child by the arms and begin to turn around its axis so that the child leaves the ground. You should not spin too much, but a small speed can be dangerous – a child can hit the ground. It is also necessary to stop gradually, so as not to dislocate your hands.
This exercise develops leg strength. Crouching, the child should abruptly, like a spring, straighten up and jump forward. Although the exercise seems to be simple, in fact for a baby it is quite difficult – after all, it is also necessary to keep balance.
Please ensure that the exercise is performed in a safe place – away from the tables and others that may cause injury.
This exercise is from the arsenal of judo and parents. With the only difference that a toy is a partner – for example, a fairly large teddy bear.
Having planted a toy on shoulders, it is necessary to crouch, holding it hands, and to rise, taking a step – thus transporting a toy.
After seeing the sumo competition, my daughter came up with another game – a sumo player. In fact, in the original, it sounds like a great uncle.
Standing in a rack, she begins to throw her legs to the side with force and stomp as much as possible, putting her in place. Oddly enough, this exercise also makes your legs stronger.
