When my girls were very young, they really enjoyed admiring nature. For some reason, flowers, shrubs and trees led them to indescribable delight! We could not walk in the stroller due to the fact that the little ones were constantly torn free to wander around the grass and pick dandelions, little bells and other flowers.
Of the trees, the daughters liked birch the most. In the middle of summer, when the earrings were already drying, they liked to rub them in their palms and toss them upwards. Of course, all the scales fell into the hair, but what a delight the children were!
We began to study the names of the trees early. About two years. During walks in the park, which is not far from our house, I tore my daughters on a leaf from each tree and showed, repeating the names of the trees.
For us it has become a kind of game. At first I called the trees, and then showed the leaves in a random order and asked the girls where the leaf was.
Now the daughters are already in school, but they still like to walk down the street, look at the trees and remember their names.
You can learn trees the way we did. And you can use special training cards.
And how did your children learn the names of the trees?
