In the second trimester, it is necessary to sit, resting on 105-115 °, rest – reclining, at an angle up to 135 °. Arranging on the chair, you can not sit far from the back of the chair, pushing forward the sciatic mounds, leaning on the back and tilting the pelvis back.

In this position, the lumbosacral section is overloaded and the blood flow in the vessels between the vertebrae worsens.

With the correct position, the back and pelvis should be on the same vertical line. If the stomach is already grown, sit, pushing the hips – the baby lies between them.

After 10-15 minutes, the muscles of the lower jaw relax and the nervous tension will subside.

Soothing means are different, but without the approval of a doctor, they should not be bought. Even innocuous tinctures of valerian, motherwort, peony and homeopathic preparations for pregnant women need the approval of a specialist.

The doctor may confine himself to vitamin complexes. For example, to increase stress resistance, magnesium helps well - it does not allow muscles to stay in a state of stress for a long time.

In the third trimester, because of the large abdomen, it is difficult to move from point A to point B. Faster fatigue occurs, it is more difficult to concentrate, attention is easily scattered and irritability appears. Body signals should not be ignored. By law, the future mother can go on a well-deserved vacation from the 30th week, and this opportunity should not be missed.

And it is even better to lengthen the rest period, having issued a regular leave before the maternity leave. Time spent away from business life, will help tune in to the X-hour. Psychologists say that if a woman prepares for childbirth and understands the role assigned to her well, then they pass easier.

It is known that in those women, for whom the career is the first place before and after childbirth, postpartum depression appears more often and the interest to the child slowly wakes up.
