Muscles and joints need to be trained, starting from the first months of pregnancy – of course, if physical exercises are not contraindicated to you!
In the first trimester, gymnastics can be easy – most importantly, accustom yourself to regular classes. And from the second trimester, preparing the body for the growing weight of the child and childbirth should be done very closely.
