You can safely say that a good mood is good for a pregnant woman. Activation of the cerebral cortex during positive emotions stimulates the production of endorphins.
These substances are often called hormones of happiness, because they stand out during laughter, pleasure, with a good mood. Endorphins control the rate of metabolism, oxygen saturation of the blood, and also – the delivery of the fetus of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and everything that is necessary for its full development.
So the future mother, who is in good spirits during pregnancy, is more likely to have a healthy baby than women who, during pregnancy, are constantly nervous, irritated and crying.

Most people relax and are in a good mood only during leisure time, free from work and household chores, and held in a special way. Going to the movies and theaters, visiting exhibitions and concerts, clubs, restaurants, picnics, various kinds of entertainment, outdoor activities or even extreme – every woman has a source of positive emotions. It is important only to take into account the peculiarities of leisure, so that they are not harmful during pregnancy – otherwise the consequences of rest will reduce to zero all the benefits of the pleasure obtained.
In general, the leisure of the future mother should be without undesirable consequences!
It is noted that it is during the waiting period for the baby that many couples begin to actively participate in various types of cultural recreation. This desire for beauty is explained by several reasons.
Firstly, all kinds of cultural leisure relate to entertainment with minimal expenditure of physical energy – the future mother at best stays cautiously through the vernissage halls or sits in a comfortable chair, receiving the necessary positive emotions. So from the standpoint of the risk of injury or excessive physical exertion, this type of rest is definitely the safest.
