3 trimester of pregnancy
For the first three months, the baby was a hope, from the second trimester my mother sensed his presence, and from the third trimester he became everything, the only point of all interests, thoughts, and future mother’s activities. A woman looks inward, watches the child’s behavior, every movement, and is interested in his weight and height with ultrasound.
The third trimester of pregnancy is characterized by a significant increase in the uterus. Your baby’s movements become more tangible, even painful.
The future mummy has shortness of breath, this is due to the fact that the baby is growing and the growing uterus is pressing the diaphragm, and for the inspiration of the pregnant woman, efforts must be made. Approximately 4 weeks before the birth, it will be easier to breathe, since the fetus will fall into the pelvic area.
In most cases, swelling is increased, which is primarily related to weight gain. Often disturbed sleep of a pregnant woman, which is associated, first, with thoughts about the upcoming birth, and, secondly, with the limited choice of poses for sleep. On the abdomen, sleep does not work, in the position on the back, the abdominal aorta is squeezed, which leads to a deterioration in the state of health, only the position on the side remains, which is not usual for all women.
There is a possibility of bleeding that occurs due to low placentation. The placenta enters the cervix or closes closely to the uterine pharynx. Such bleeding starts without any special preconditions, suddenly, without painful sensations, the blood has a bright red color.
The cause may be physical exertion, sexual intercourse, and, sometimes, the most common cough. If there is bleeding, immediately consult a doctor or call an ambulance. With timely qualified care, it is possible to maintain pregnancy. Approximately 25% of bleeding in the third trimester of pregnancy is caused by premature detachment of the normally located placenta.
Take care of yourself and your baby, very soon the time will come for him to be born, and then your tandem will become even stronger. Communication between mother and child after childbirth is only strengthened.
The last trimester for me was the most exciting. I already felt the stirring and kicking of the baby inside every day. Certainly still worried for childbirth.
Of course, in the last trimester, I was very worried that something could happen to the baby. Every time I was worried if the baby did not jostle.
