Traditional methods of treatment of diseases during pregnancy, pregnancy and childbirth

During pregnancy, women get sick no less than before, and sometimes even more often. I really don’t want to take medicines from the pharmacy. At one time, I tried to make maximum use of folk methods, with which I hurry to share.

When this disease is very important to drink a lot, use natural yogurts and foods high in vitamin C. The latter enhances the protective properties of the body and, by acidifying the contents of the bladder, helps fight infections.

Raspberry juice. Recipe

300 g of raspberry wash, fall asleep 1 tbsp. l sugar, rub through a sieve, add half a glass of water and mix.

2 tbsp. l barley grits pour 2 tbsp. water, cook for 25-30 minutes. At the end fill 3 tbsp. l serum and 1 tsp. lemon juice.

The most important thing in this disease is to stimulate the bowels. To do this, you must eat foods that contain a lot of fiber: vegetables, fruits, whole grain bread. Especially good effect is observed after beets, plums, prunes. Of these, you can make beetroot soup, vinaigrette, various salads.

It is also recommended to include in the diet of fermented milk products and a sufficient amount of liquid, in particular, water.

Do not forget about physical activity, which contributes to the proper operation of the digestive tract.

Beet Salad. Recipe

Marinate 1 boiled beets. Marinade: 1 tbsp. boiling water, 1 tbsp. l wine vinegar, 1 tsp. sugar, bay leaf. Wash onions, cut, pour with cold water and put on the stove. When boils – turn off. Stir beets with onions. Add vegetable oil and lemon juice.

The most common cause of edema is a violation of water-salt metabolism. This is due to the use of large amounts of salt. Therefore, an effective popular method: limit the salt or completely abandon it.

Squash caviar. Recipe

Boil 1 zucchini and 1 onion until cooked. Then fry the onions for a while. Grind these vegetables with a blender. Add greens.

The appearance of stretch marks threatens those with reduced skin elasticity. To increase it, you need to eat greens, sea fish, and vegetable oil daily.

Boil 200 g of fish fillet, cut into medium cube, add pistachios, parsley, onion, olive oil and mix.

I personally checked not all these methods, some friends told me about some of them. Perhaps someone will help these tips. Although do not forget to go to the doctors, because pregnancy is not the time for radical experiments.
