Breathe during gymnastics as deeply as possible. Breathing should be abdominal, and to be more precise, diaphragmatic. At the same time, make sure that you are not uncomfortable and not dizzy from the flow of oxygen. With this type of breathing, blood circulation is normalized, and more useful elements are delivered to your baby.

When to do the exercises?
Generally, gymnastics is so versatile that you can do it anytime during the day. When I memorized the exercises, it was easiest for me to start classes right in the morning, before I got out of bed, because initially everything starts lying down. Thus, I replaced the exercises with the osteopathic gymnastics.

Undoubtedly, the answer is: Yes !. The only thing that the authors of the methods say is that they will choose the most convenient and comfortable ancestral pose for themselves during the exercises. So to say, you will feel how you and your baby will be most good. It was different with me.
