My 5 steps to harmony after childbirth, how to become slim

Even without being pregnant, I thought about my postpartum appearance. It seemed that I would be something between a hippo and an elephant. Fortunately, the fruit of my wild imagination was not so deplorable. But still folds on the sides and excess weight on the buttocks after birth remained. Well still, after all for 9 months my organism digested not one ten chocolate bars and any other very high-calorie delicacies.

After being discharged from the maternity hospital, at first I had no time for the figure, my daughter took absolutely all the time. But, finally, I joined the endless sequence of feeding, dressing, motion sickness and found time to draw up a preliminary plan of action to bring my appearance to a state as close as possible to the pregenerative.


Step 2. Go for the apples.

As is known, of the widest variety of fruits, a nursing mother can be treated to a small part of them. Tropical fruits can cause an allergy in a baby, milk overflows from bananas and swelling of the tummy occurs in crumbs.

The most ideal option turned out to be apples. Fortunately, outside the summer hosted the whole summer and I was treated to them straight from the tree. Not less than 3 pieces per day. Thinly cutting off the peel, as under it there is an absolute maximum of vitamins.

Step 3. Porridge without milk – fast, satisfying and healthy.


Next, my daily ration began with cooking porridge for breakfast. Here the most important thing is to follow two rules:

  1. Boil porridge to water, without adding milk and sugar. You can only improve the taste by diluting the finished gruel with a small piece of butter or half a small spoonful of honey. And with honey, you need to be careful, because of its allergy.
  2. Boil need at once. Svarila – I ate, warming up during the day is not worth it.

For cereals, I used almost all the cereals – rice, wheat, oats, millet, corn. In addition to semolina, since, in my opinion, to prepare it without milk is simply blasphemy.

Step 4. Delicious soup – for myself and my husband.

For lunch, I cooked soups. Most often with meatballs, buckwheat or ear. Here the basic rule is not to fry. My husband, of course, had to cook something else. But I had enough portions of soup with a piece of bran bread. For dinner, cooked fish in the oven with rice or pearl barley, dumplings with cottage cheese, sometimes low-fat pilaf.

Step 5. Do not forget about dessert.

A couple of times a week, you can please yourself. To do this, I baked such a simple cupcake: Beat up a couple of eggs, add 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 spoons of sugar and a glass of flour to make the consistency like pancakes. At the bottom of a greased form spread the sliced ​​apple and pour the resulting dough. 15-20 minutes and delicious ready. You can add a little poppy or sesame seeds. if you really want to, then sometimes she allowed herself and a layer of melted bitter chocolate with milk.
