After the birth of a child, most women begin to think that beautiful breasts are a transient phenomenon, and in order to regain form or at least to preserve what is available, it is necessary to put a lot of effort into it. I want to talk about their ways to return to the previous form of the breast.
There are two main rules that must be followed: first, this is an integrated approach and, second, the regularity of the procedures.
An integrated approach includes aqua massage, gymnastics, balanced diet, a properly selected bra and the use of special cosmetics.
Every day in the evening I take a shower and do a chest contrast massage. That is, first turn on warm water, and then – cool. I direct the stream of water not to the chest itself (there is tender skin and there are no muscles), but to the neckline and a little to the side. The direction of movement is clockwise. The duration of the procedure is 5-10 minutes. After a shower, gently wipe your chest with a towel. And in the mornings I wipe my breasts with a terry cloth soaked in cold water.
My set of exercises to strengthen the muscles of the chest is quite simple and includes only 3 exercises. The first exercise: I lay down on my back, bend my knees, pick up 1 kg of dumbbells in my hands, raise my arms up without lifting my back from the floor, stretch, then lower my arms on my chest. And so 10-15 times. The second exercise: push-ups from the floor. 10 times. And finally, the third: during the day I follow my posture, keep my back straight, draw my stomach, chin at a right angle to the neck.
It is known that the mammary gland consists of 90% of adipose tissue, therefore, if there is unhealthy food (a lot of fat and sweet), then fat is instantly deposited in the chest area. Therefore, I try to eat as many vegetables and fruits as possible (eh, it doesn’t always work out, really!), Dairy products, and of course, I do not forget about lean meat. I drink up to 1.5 liters of fluid a day, mostly clean drinking water.
Throughout the day I wear a comfortable bra. After the birth of the baby and breastfeeding, not only the shape of the breast, but also its size changed. Increased. Therefore, after the cessation of lactation, I immediately went to the store and bought myself a couple of new bras. The seller advised me to wear a now more closed model and with wide shoulder straps, this one better supports the big breasts. I want to recommend, do not be shy sellers and try to try on as many bras as possible, one of them should sit perfectly.
As for special cosmetics … I’m not strong in this. Now in the shops you can find a great many, for every taste and color, and of course, wallet. I can say for sure: it is better to buy funds in specialized stores, as there are consultants for each brand who will tell you which tool is right for you. I just daily lubricate the skin of the breast baby moisturizer. And I made a promise to myself in the next few days to go and choose something for myself with a lifting effect.
Once again I want to emphasize: to restore the shape of the breast after childbirth and breastfeeding (or, at least, to improve), one should not be lazy and carry out all the procedures regularly. The result will be noticeable, at best, after 2 weeks. But all your torment is worth it. Just imagine: in the summer you can put on your favorite topic again and the men will turn around after you. Like before!
