The situation when a woman is looking for a new job, being pregnant is far from uncommon. Here is my good friend, Anya, was engaged in the device in a certain company in the 6th week of pregnancy.
This terrible crisis
It was a couple of years ago, just in time of crisis. Anya quit her previous job, as the manager took the fashion to delay wages, and went into the open voyage – she began to look for a more suitable place for herself.
Unfortunately, the search took a long time. Anya and her young man somehow managed to stretch out on one of his salaries for about 3 months. Moreover, the guys obviously did not lose time, and at the beginning of the summer a pleasant, but alarming bell rang for them – Anya is pregnant.
Of course, the issue of employment has taken the primary role for the girl, because work is not only a salary for several months. It is also maternity, which you can buy everything you need for the child.
Anya began an active search and, soon, found a company that was ready to take her to a low position and a small salary. In a normal situation, a friend would hardly agree to such a tempting offer, but there was no choice.
How to pass an interview
At the interview, Anka was silent as partisans. Knowing that in almost 100% of cases, pregnant women are not taken, despite the fact that it was illegal to refuse to serve only for this reason, the girlfriend did not announce her position to the employer herself.
The employee of the personnel department, in turn, also did not ask questions about family planning. Anya had almost no belly yet, and the man, due to inexperience, did not notice the trick.

So, the girl got a job and started working in the company safely.
Of course, long conceal the pregnancy did not work. Already after 3-4 weeks, Anya often went to a consultation, and the tummy began to appear, so she had to tell her friend about the employer.
No matter how worried she was, everything went relatively smoothly. Nobody cursed, did not say that, they say, came to the belly and something like that. But the attitude of management has changed all the same, the friend has felt.
Incidentally, in order not to explain why Anya did not warn her employer, she simply said that she did not know about pregnancy.
She got registered in the consultation after she got a job, and the first examination took place in a paid clinic. Therefore, everything was documented honestly, and the girl brought a certificate of registration with the consultation for a period of 8 weeks.
The story ended well: honestly having blown up the posts until the 30th week, without a single sick-list, the girlfriend went on maternity leave. The allowance was paid to her, they thought it was all right.
The young mother sits on maternity leave for the third year and, in principle, does not plan to go to the old job at all, hoping to just quit.
Lie to the rescue?
When I asked my friend if her remorse was tortured for the fact that she had actually deceived the employer, she answered me confidently no.
At the interview, she was not asked about the pregnancy. Warn her about her, she probably would not have been hired. And the allowance is paid not by the firm from its own pocket, but by the state.
But, nevertheless, it should be understood that the employer remained in the red: he did not receive a permanent employee, he was forced to hire a replacement, and after Anya Decree to look for a new person.
