As a rule, these 3 kilos disappeared literally within a month without a trace. But after the fourth birth, my weight has not decreased. I went to give birth with a weight of 65 kg and only 5 of them left. So from stroynyashki I began to gradually turn into pyshechku. I had to change my wardrobe from size 44-46 to 48.

The reaction of her husband was instant. He persuaded me not to get drunk at night, scaring that even the heart muscle was covered with fat. Relatives and acquaintances reacted positively, saying that it was precisely the round shapes that I lacked earlier, saying that I became more feminine. Yes, at first, I myself liked my new forms, but my weight slowly increased.

I do not know how about femininity, but I began to feel like a woman not in the best sense of the word. With anguish, I began to look at the narrow skirts that I wore before, and decided to fight first of all with my appetite.

I started with the fact that I began to change the diet and stopped eating after all. Yes, children often leave porridge, soup, or a chop off to be hungry. It is a pity to throw out, to offer to dry up to the husband – it is a shame. Here’s another, they drove back there, and I eat up ?. So all the scraps from the kids rightfully belonged to me.

We start to solve the problem of overeating

We brought a cat and a dog: I solved the problem of food debris. She began to eat from a blue little plate. Blue color reduces appetite. I stopped drinking tea after eating. It is better to drink liquid before meals, to prepare the stomach for eating.

Why did I neglect this rule for two years? Itself now surprised. Still had to abandon mayonnaise. I can’t do without sugar, but I reduced the dose for tea 2 times. White loaf replaced rye bread. Has ceased to approach for an additive.

Not without physical education. I have no time to go to fitness. I do the usual exercises on the press and scissors to strengthen the rectus and lateral abdominal muscles.

And one exercise helps me. You need to stand up straight, put your hands on your waist and breathe. Only need to breathe in a special way. With a long breath inhale the stomach. When exhaling, we try to inflate the belly, sticking it out. So you need to do 20 times. I will not explain how it affects. Even in her youth, she read about him in some women’s magazine and remembered.

And I never relieve myself of the joy of climbing under the sofa or even some cramped corner behind a toy. It is necessary to sag and contrive. At this time, all the extra pounds are felt.

The husband began to look at me with interest. I am pleased with the results. I returned to my 53 kg. There is still 3 kg to overcome.
