The pregnancy of the future mom greatly affects her body. The body is changing, rebuilding, requires proper nutrition. And there are holidays ahead, and it is very important for me to pay attention to how I will feed myself and the child on New Year’s Eve.
A little digression back.
I began to monitor nutrition from the first months of pregnancy.
They are most important for the formation of the fetus. It was necessary to create the most favorable conditions for the baby. First of all, I increased the intake of vitamins.
When pregnancy is necessary to pay attention to the vitamins A, B, C, D, K, R. Of course, you need to take other vitamins, but these are involved in the formation of the skeleton, brain, nervous system, heart.
Vitamin B9 – folic acid, provides the formation of the nervous system of the fetus. This acid is found in meat, fish products and milk. If you consume enough of these products, then you probably do not need to drink extra vitamins in pills.
Then the child begins to form the nervous system, heart and brain, as well as the respiratory tract. During this period, I took calcium, fluoride, fats and proteins, plus vitamins B and E, ate more meat, greens and fish.
On the 8th and 9th week with develop lungs, joints, cerebellum. The woman during this period increases blood volume. Who is at this stage of pregnancy – eat more citrus, wild rose, buckwheat – these are foods that are rich in vitamins C and R.
From the 10th to the 12th week, the teeth, the genital and cardiovascular systems are formed. By the end of the 12th the teeth are already formed. I began to eat more seafood, cabbage, meat.
With the onset of the second trimester, I had to eat more stewed vegetables, bread, cereal. These products helped me prevent digestive problems, improved my condition and filled my body with calcium and proteins.
You can increase activity. Walk, run a little. Of course, the bar does not need to lift. But here, an easy run will make your and your child’s heart beat more often, which is useful for the development of a cardio system.
Festive table in a new way
In the last trimester, I completely refused heavy food. Light fruits, cereals, compotes, dairy products are an excellent substitute for fried pork with pasta. Do not load the stomach.
So I came close to the fact that the holidays are ahead, I have the last trimester, there will be New Year’s dishes on the table – but I can do nothing! Do not just can not – do not want!
I picked up a few light salads for my diet, bought fish. Be sure to do a couple of something sort of fish. Roasted duck is no longer my stomach.
I cannot advise pregnant women on a specific menu, this is a personal moment, an individual one. Every pregnant girl should make their own menu, based on their preferences and opportunities.
For example, I now absolutely do not want to use smoked meat and pickles, and some are happy to pull on cucumbers. Therefore, I see my New Year table very light, steam and diet.
It is also very important that I drink. I refused to use coffee, tea, carbonated drinks.
I make tea from herbs, boil compote, sometimes I can drink a glass of freshly squeezed juice.
But what about the New Year without champagne? I think I’m gonna taste a little bit for the flavor of the holiday. But no more, although some of my friends even drank beer during pregnancy (I wanted it too!)
