Gymnastics does not hurt
I am glad when in the morning I wake up from the jolts inside me. The thrusts have become stronger than before. Of course, my miracle is growing every minute and the place is becoming less and less.
It has become harder to cope with homework, I don’t leave on evening walks far from home. But despite this, I continue to do breathing exercises 8 times every morning (we exhale with the mouth – air from the abdomen, and inhale with the nose with air, slowly fill the stomach with air), as well as physical gymnastics – three or four exercises 4-5 times.
Despite a decent belly, I continue to drive a car. Although at every opportunity I walk, it is necessary to keep the muscles of the body in good shape – it will be necessary at birth.
Minute to rest
I have a favorite habit and advise everyone too, and by the way, even psychologists recommend. Twenty minutes later, when at home or at work during the lunch break, I put on my headphones, lie down comfortably and turn on the relaxation music. I rest both in body and soul, all problems, worries disappear. And returning to reality after relaxation, it is even easier to resolve them. Because work is work and in the position you or not the role does not play, no one will make concessions. And thanks to the relaxation, you will be in harmony with yourself, with the child and with all the fuss around you.
I do not observe any whims! Finally, it was a pain. … I eat a little and infrequently, but between the main meals I like to eat a small portion of sea kale, fruits, vegetables, etc. Literally half a fresh carrot or a small tomato, and I’m full. Yes, and places in me for large portions, one might say, less and less.
It is necessary to overeat and everything – hello heartburn. My gynecologist says that after any meal, do not go to a horizontal position, it is better to wait 20-30 minutes. And if heartburn is already beginning to torment, then drink a glass of milk. It helps me personally.
27th week, sometimes it seems to me that I have been pregnant for ages. But before the long-awaited meeting is all the less time.
My husband just now realized that he would become a dad the second time. Every evening my men, husband and 6-year-old son, then catch pushes, then begin to sing in two voices to a lullaby.
And every night we do not need a TV, we have a special channel.
