Each breastfeeding mother must respond responsibly to her diet. And it’s not just that the health of the baby depends on the quality of her milk. The body of a young mother should receive all the necessary substances for proper functioning. In the early lactation period, the menu requirements are particularly high. It is necessary to exclude fatty foods, to refrain from eating many products containing substances necessary for the body. Not all fruits and vegetables will be useful, since they are strong allergens.
