Victoria’s views on many issues in this area are diametrically opposed to current views. Carefully read the article and you will understand why it is undesirable to use a silicone pad on the nipple, why one should give up all unnecessary procedures such as pumping milk after each feeding, why breastfeeding mothers should not be wrapped, but, on the contrary, hardened breasts. 13 years of daily communication with nursing mothers and her personal experience in breastfeeding her three children allowed Victoria to choose the most rational feeding regimes for toddlers, taking into account their individual characteristics. Mothers with whom Victoria works, have no problems with the breast, and their babies always have enough milk.

Does the nutrition of a woman affect her breast?

Of course. And not only on the state of breast, but also on the quantity and quality of milk.

Tell us, please, how should a woman eat before the birth of the child and after his birth?

Waiting for the baby a woman should make every effort to cleanse her body of toxins. In this it can help one-day starvation on raw water with cleaning the intestines. In addition, the mother should keep in her diet a lot of raw vegetables and fruits. Freshly squeezed vegetable juice, containing 5-10 ingredients, is very helpful in removing harmful substances and free radicals from the body.

In winter, you will have to limit yourself to 3 to 4 kinds of juicy fruits (apples, pears, oranges, tangerines) and 3 to 4 kinds of dried fruits, but there are a lot of vegetables in winter: carrots, beets, cabbage, black radish, celery, parsnip, parsley, Jerusalem artichoke ground pear), pumpkin, turnips, kohlrabi. All these types of vegetables the whole winter can be bought in most markets in Kiev. Try to have each of the 11 kinds of vegetables listed by me appear on your table in raw form, if not every day, then every other day. Enter your habit of starting your lunch with a vegetable salad. Breakfast and dinner will also bring you much more benefits if your menu includes fresh salads. Vegetables can be eaten slices or in the form of salads, rubbing them on a grater. From the same vegetables, make juices. In summer and autumn, the choice of vegetables in the markets is much greater. Vegetables, peppers, cucumbers, cauliflower, blue and a wide variety of greens will improve the taste of your salads and vegetable juices.



The tendency of the mammary glands to inflammation is the higher, the more dirt accumulated in the cells of its body and the more harmful substances it contains its food. The state of the mammary glands is affected by many other factors associated primarily with the frequency and duration of the baby's feeding. If, for one reason or another, the mammary glands become inflamed, urgent measures must be taken.

What should I do to improve my breast?

If mother felt that stagnant processes begin in the chest, she should try to wake the baby, if he sleeps, activate it by charging and offer him a breast. Let the baby suck it long, and at the end of the feeding the woman will feel better.

But if after breastfeeding the breast did not improve, the mother needs to express a part of the milk. If a woman has begun to have inflammation of the mammary glands and hardens have formed, she often needs to put the baby to the breast so that they will resolve. But if the baby is not active enough, and the milk continues to stagnate in the chest, it is advisable to consult a good breast specialist. He will massage the breast and express the milk. Sometimes this procedure has to be repeated several times. The most difficult situation develops in a nursing mother, if she has an inflammation of the mammary glands and at the same time there are cracks on the nipples. Sucking a baby breast becomes an intolerably painful process for her, but if you do not put the baby to the breast, the condition of the breasts will deteriorate rapidly, because the process of milk production continues.
