Dynamic gymnastics: benefit and harm to the newborn
Not only sleep, nutrition and mother’s heat are vital for a newborn baby, but also for motor activity. Many parents use regular exercises, while others choose dynamic gymnastics. Only perform it should be wisely and very carefully, so as not to harm the baby. What is outweighed in application – is it good to go wrong? How to properly do it? Let’s understand together.
Dynamic gymnastics, developed by M. Trunov and L. Kitaev, differs from the usual charging by a more energetic set of exercises aimed at the formation and strengthening of the muscles of the infant. In addition to the usual elements of gymnastics and massage, dynamic gymnastics combines exercises for the improvement of the vestibular apparatus. So, the adult tosses, shakes and rotates the baby, holding it by the handles or legs. Outsiders are often horrified by similar acrobatic sketches, automatically recording desperate moms and dads in crazy.
Indeed, such exercises are not quite common, so parents should carefully study and understand the sequence of application of dynamic charging and increasing the load on toddlers before going on to practical exercises.
