In my topics I talked about such sports as running, training in the gym. There is another kind of exercise that I practice every day, or rather every morning, this is yoga in the morning.
Easy yoga I do not only in the mornings, but also after training in the gym. It perfectly stretches muscles and removes tension.
Every morning I start with a 10 minute stretch. A set of exercises for this I found on the Internet. It seemed to me easy, pleasant, so I decided to try to start practicing. Undoubtedly, yoga perfectly stretches the muscles after sleep, helps the body to wake up.
Honestly, I have never practiced yoga professionally, in view of the lack of time. There are a couple of people in my environment who have been passionate about yoga for a long time (there is even one familiar owner of a yoga school), they are aware of my morning classes and say that this is a great start to any day. I used to do some kind of calm music, most often it was a classic, but recently I realized that it was more pleasant for me to do it in silence, I will explain why. First of all, yoga for me is not only muscle stretching, but, most likely, psychological relaxation.
Yoga in the morning is a great start to the day.
Being engaged in yoga in the morning, when the mind is not yet fully awake, there are no unnecessary thoughts, I give myself a setup for the day. I enter the new day with positive emotions, with a smile, I remind myself that it is necessary to treat more easily all troubles and the like. During these 10 minutes, which I stretch, a plan for the day is being built in my head in parallel. That is why I practice in complete silence, my thoughts are so well heard. ))
Of course, besides the right thoughts in the morning yoga is still a good stretching of muscles for me. If the evening was strength training, it is very pleasant to stretch the clogged muscles in the morning.
