We are used to watching foreign films in which women meet in fitness clubs or in yoga classes, where they solve their problems. But how many of us have this opportunity to regularly visit gyms, swimming pools and shaping? When work takes 8-9 hours a day, the road takes another half, and homework requires an additional 24 hours, then where is the time for sports? Moreover, if there is a small child at home who cannot be left with anyone, but to the nearest fitness center at least an hour away!
For myself, I found a solution – you can play sports at home at a convenient time, for example, after work, when a child is sleeping or early in the morning. For working ladies and housewives, moms the most suitable would be yoga.
Immediately warn those who have never heard of yoga, or thinks that yoga is walking on glass or lying on nails. In order to start practicing yoga, it is not necessary to study any scriptures, to devote to some kind of religion. Yoga is a common physical activity that, due to its high concentration of attention, helps to maintain physical, mental and spiritual harmony.
The only thing without which you cannot practice yoga is desire. Only the desire to help you do exercises systematically, which is very important in yoga.
Yoga for women is like a special procedure for self-care, a special time for yourself. Agree, we are so in need of those 20 minutes of time that we can devote only to ourselves!

Time you choose yourself. If waking up in the morning for half an hour earlier is too hard for you, then you can do yoga in the evening or even in the afternoon. The main thing is that at the time you choose nobody should disturb you.

Is there a danger in yoga? Yes, there is, if yoga is wrong to do, if you ignore the rules of the respiratory techniques, if you try to do everything at once, rather than gradually. Naturally, it is best to have a good yoga teacher. But there are not so many of them. A trainer in the gym, as a rule, are not the best teachers for the sole reason that yoga has become a fashionable activity for many, and many simply earn a living. Because it is better to still gather strength and try yoga at home every day for 15 minutes to start. Then classes can be extended to 1-1.5 hours. If it is not possible every day, then at least three times a week.
You will say that this is not real yoga, but I do not agree – these are physical exercises from yoga, which also have a beneficial effect on the body. After several weeks of classes, you will feel the difference – to improve your health, physical fatigue will disappear. Moreover, with the help of yoga, you can train those muscles that you prefer. Different poses and exercises are aimed at improving different muscles and body parts.
