Why do I need sports, sport and an active lifestyle

In childhood I was not taught to play sports. My parents were constantly busy with work, and they gave me instructions only about the need to learn better.

When I started living on my own, I realized that I needed to play sports. Now for me, sport is one of the main directions in life!

1. Sport helps me lose weight.

The first reason for my passion for sports was the desire to lose weight. I always had extra weight. I started to go to the fitness center, to the pool, to do exercises in the morning. My excess weight gradually began to go away. For six months, I dropped almost 5 kg. So I got involved, and now I try to keep myself in good shape: I play tennis, go to fitness and run in the morning.

2. Sport controls my diet.

Sport also helps me control my diet. After all, during workouts, you can drink only water, and after that eat only protein foods.
Thus, I do not break into junk food. It turns out that, thanks to my sports interest, I can keep within the limits of what is permitted.

3. Sport restores my psychological health.

In addition to the sports figure, I get much more from sports. I noticed that physical exertion contributes to stress relief.

Once at work we had such an emergency situation that I was constantly in a nervous state. But I continued to go to workouts. During training I not only forgot about the problems at work, but also received such a charge of energy and a surge of strength that the belief in indispensable success helped me to work further without stress.

Sport turned out to be the best medicine for stress and the accumulated tension at work. He perfectly helps to get rid of negative thoughts.



4. Sport perfectly trains my self-discipline.

I have sports activities 3 times a week on a schedule. Thus, I not only train the body, but also develop discipline. Such self-control helps me through life – I have become more responsible, more purposeful. Sport produces my willpower, the desire to win, not only in the gym, but in any situation in life.

5. Sport improves my mood.

Sports help me to be in a good mood. All the negatives I have accumulated go away, stress is removed, and positive and joyful emotions come to replace it. And, as my coach says, sport is our life! And I also want to add that sport is my everything! I am no longer a sport without sport. I advise everyone at least a little, but go in for sports!
