When I was about to lose weight, I, like many others, did not know where to start or what to grab. I knew that you need to lose weight correctly. Just stop eating – not an option, so you can only ruin your health, and lost kilograms return incredibly quickly, as soon as you start eating again. Yes, and often leaves with this approach, in fact, not fat, but water.
Therefore, I, after studying the information on the Internet, communicating with knowledgeable people, as well as through my own trial and error, chose for myself several principles of proper weight loss.
one. Need to drink plenty of water. To know your approximate rate of water consumption per day, you need to multiply 30 ml by weight. Very often you want not to eat, but to drink. I always try to drink a glass of water 15 minutes before a meal, I want to eat less, and eat less.
I also replaced black tea with green tea. They write that it contributes to weight loss, helps the body break down fats. By the way, my husband, who always drank black tea with sugar before, switching to green, stopped using sugar at all. Green tea with sugar is somehow not tasty.
2 Do not buy harm. Do you have good willpower? I, frankly, so-so. And you know, I found an incredibly easy way to not fill up for the night and not drink tea with sweets. Simply, we do not buy home harm to the figure.
We never have anything at home for tea, no cookies, sweets. If we want sausages or cheese, then just buy this for a little bit for one, maximum two times. Likewise with bread, always take a small bun. Therefore, we do not eat sandwiches for the night. But always in the refrigerator full of sour milk. No food – no temptation. It’s simple!
3 Vegetables and fruits are our allies. My fruit is always on the kitchen table. I wash them and beautifully spread on the dish. They are always at hand and in the most visible place. So the chance to eat something more calorie less.
You go into the kitchen looking for something to chew on and see an apple. And also I constantly cook various salads, filling them not with mayonnaise, but with a few drops of olive or sesame oil – more useful.
four. Sport, sport and more sport! I have already written many times that my sincere conviction is that it’s impossible to lose weight beautifully without sport. Of course, you can lose in volume, but you can only get a beautiful, relief body by doing exercises. Yes, and it turns out faster.
