What kind of birth, dear Larisa Vasilyevna! There would rise the number of times laid and forget this press, like a bad dream! Not here it was! Untrained muscles still a week buzzed and ached – neither laugh nor sneeze.
I was seriously thinking about the relevance of press press, when the motivation appeared. I wanted to thin the waist and improve the relief. Taking into account that I am rather thin in life, the waist has not undergone significant changes. But I played 2-3 cm in my favor, due to oblique muscles.
The tummy as a whole began to look much prettier! He gained a pleasant elasticity and smartness. I was satisfied with the result and periodically pumped up the press, but my physical exercises in those times did not differ with particular regularity.
And ahead loomed 4 pregnancies and the same number of births …
Recovery after the first birth was almost imperceptible against the background of a general impression of difficult childbirth and problems with the child. The daughter was born Krupnenko – 4300, the doctors yawned a little, and as a result – the subluxation of the cervical vertebra.
From experiences, I lost weight, and in the end, after three days, I weighed as much as at the beginning of pregnancy. The stomach disappeared instantly, as if it did not give birth.
The second childbirth was remembered by the fact that she gave birth and the abdominal muscles right in the delivery room somehow immediately tightened before our eyes, and I was discharged in those jeans that I wore before pregnancy.
The big shock for me was that after the third visit to the maternity hospital, I gave birth, and the stomach remained in place. I dragged myself into a postpartum bandage, slept solely on my stomach (for a better reduction of everything inside and a tummy tuck). I tried to do exercises, but overstretched, untrained muscles very reluctantly returned to their former position.
In addition, plucked from somewhere fat, and the skin has lost its former elasticity. The last straw was the question of a sister three months after giving birth: Listen, what are you, again, that.
Work on the result
I came to the point creatively. First, every day for 15 minutes and more, the press shook regardless of desire and mood. So that was not boring, I bought myself a disc with different complexes. At first, as usual, it was difficult.
Muscles ached, exercises did not work. But I decided not to pay attention to it. Muscles, by the way, quickly adapted – after two weeks. It became easy to raise the legs and sit down from a prone position. Then even the corner turned out well.
The simplest and most effective exercise is to push your legs under a sofa or closet, for fixing. Hands behind your head – and forward. Go down – go up. The same can be done while lying on the side, then the obliques = waist work.
In due course I was so involved that I began to be engaged under the full program. And she took up her feet, and her hands, and all the other parts of the body. On the disks it turned out to be very convenient to do. No need to go anywhere. There was free time, turned on the TV and go!
But exercise is half the battle. Although its main half.
Because the skin, in principle, is tightened by the muscles, but this is clearly not enough for it! For more effect, I went for a belly massage. In ten sessions, the skin condition improved markedly. And, it was outlined, the fat disappeared safely. But massage is a costly pleasure, so you won’t go too far.
Then I bought an ordinary plastic massager, such as splayed fingers, and I massaged my stomach to redness in a clockwise direction when time appeared. And at the same time she was stretching the cream that remained after the pregnancy.
The result appeared in a month. The abdomen disappeared, the press tightened, the skin smoothed and became elastic. After a month and a half, for the sake of experiment, I pulled on a wedding dress, which was perfect for the village, but my chest was sticking out a little. But it is even good!
By the time of the fourth pregnancy, I regularly shook the press for almost two years. Only 10-15 minutes. per day, at least three times a week.
The tummy completely bounced back exactly one week after the birth – the trained muscles showed up.
