I belong to the category of persons who must independently struggle with excess weight, because All the negative emotions I have, on the contrary, are associated with eating a large amount of chocolate. In general, the stress disappears, the eaten kilograms remain. How to deal with it?

First of all, you need to deal with nutrition. We remember that our body is not a food processing machine, so I want to offer you some tips that are suitable for the frantic graphics of a modern girl. So, we try to have meals (or at least one of them) at the same time. Of course, it is necessary to limit the consumption of fatty foods, flour products and sweets. Sugar, for example, can be perfectly replaced by honey. Also, do not eat after seven o’clock in the evening. It is worth eating from small plates (one of my friends uses dishes for children especially for this purpose), which will help to deceive the stomach, thereby limiting its portion. And, of course, exercise. I tried to do them both in the evening and in the afternoon, but I will say that I did not find any options better than the good old exercises. I do not know how others, but I never have enough time for a physical during a day. Therefore, charging was for me the best option. And even if it will be a couple of exercises, they will give you a decrease in volume in a short period of time.
