Simple leg exercises for weight loss, how to become slim

I have been doing sports for a long time. Then, for family reasons, threw. And over time, my legs began to lose shape.

After pregnancy, I could not stand it and decided to do my legs. Moreover, the summer was coming. How with such thick legs to appear on the beach?

Running – salvation for the legs


The first thing I started to run. Every morning I got up at 6 in the morning for a run. I used to play sports, so now I can easily run at least 4 kilometers in the morning and as much in the evening.

In the middle of my run, I definitely did a warm-up. Circular movements of the head, bends, squats. Reached to a certain place, there did a breather and exercises. Then she ran home, went into the shower, had breakfast.

Of course, you need to look at your body. But not an experienced person, it is better to start with one or two kilometers. I only ran in sports time, as my trainer taught me. This time is considered to be hours from 6 to 8, in the morning and in the evening.

After a few months, the legs looked much better. But in order to make them completely beautiful, I remembered a few lessons of my coach.

A set of exercises for the legs

one.Put the legs at shoulder height, arms along the body. On the inhale, we slowly rise on our toes up, fix it and slowly go down, exhale. The exercise is repeated ten to twenty times.



2 Squats. To do this, we stand in the same position as in the first exercise, and squat, with the hands placed at chest level. All movements are done smoothly, without lifting the heels from the floor.

3 Familiar to all from childhood exercise – a bicycle. Lie down on your back and pretend to ride a bike. In this case, the legs in turn are directed to the left and right side. This exercise involves all the muscles of the legs.

four. And one more memory from childhood is scissors. We lay down on our back, we raise our legs by 45 degrees, we pull out our socks. And we begin to intensively cross the legs, first the left foot on top, then the right. Arms are placed along the body, and legs are changed so that they do not touch each other.

five. Exercise doing lying on your back, hands at the seams. And then in turn we raise each leg by 45 degrees, but do not lower it to the floor.

6 We lie down on the left side, lift the leg up to the maximum height. Then we go to the other and repeat the same thing. We do 10 – 15 ascents.

We do each exercise at least ten times, and then increase the number.

Thanks to running and a simple set of exercises, I returned my legs to their former state. It is not at all difficult to devote yourself at least one hour in the morning. And the legs will answer you with beauty.
