You need to change your diet a little. In the morning you need to eat more, breakfast should be dense. It is advisable to use everything sweet in the morning, strictly until twelve days. From a physiological point of view, this can be explained by the fact that overnight the body produces a large portion of bile and insulin, which help the morning to digest and absorb nutrients in the morning rather than putting them on the abdomen and thighs.

You need to keep track of what you eat at lunchtime. If you strive for a good figure – then stick to the rules of separate meals at lunch and give preference to steamed and boiled dishes. And do not forget about servings! They should be small.
