Salt-free diet, how to become slim

As I wrote, in my course of weight loss, I decided to bypass the diet side. But due to the fact that many nutrition systems are also called diets, sometimes I pay attention to them.

Thinking that, perhaps, it would be useful not only for the figure, but also for health, I decided to learn more about the salt-free diet.

It began with the fact that about three months ago I had a meeting with one of my friends. Her name is Lena. To be honest, I try to communicate with her only when necessary.

At that time, she somehow briefly mentioned a salt-free diet. I missed it altogether. She loves to scratch her tongue, rattling without stopping. Because of this, it is difficult to isolate some of her thoughts. However, I remembered that on this diet supposedly you can lose weight by 20 kg and that she is going to try.

Then I did not even think about losing weight. And here recently Lena called me again on the case. We agreed to meet. I put the phone down and in front of my eyes, like a tablet, the Salt-free diet stood up.

On the Internet

First of all, I turned to the faithful friend of recent years, the Internet. I read one article, the second, third, tenth. I did not like the fact that it is important not only not to salt the cooked food (or to salt very little), but also to reject products containing this very salt. Just think how many of them! Sausages, wieners, sausages, any canned food and so on. get on this list first.

I also read that you shouldn’t go completely into this diet – it can have a bad effect on health. That food should be fractional. That leaving extra pounds is not at all a fact. Either it does not help everyone, or even those who lose weight reach the cherished marks on the scales not because of the limitations of salt, but precisely because of the fractional feeding.

I adopt someone else’s experience

After all the overwhelming information, the idea appeared to immediately dial Lena and ask: did she realize her plan or not? But I decided to wait for the meeting and ask in person.

Seeing Lena, I immediately noticed for myself that she was a little thinner. As it turned out, she now weighed 3 kg less than our previous meeting. Only now she did not look very. I didn’t even turn my tongue on the compliment. I do not like to flatter and say what I do not think.

I must say, this time she was not so talkative. Perhaps, just because of the state of health. It turned out that she had taken this diet very zealously and had lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks.

In general, I am convinced that so much to lose in just 2 weeks is not good. In Lenin, the dream worsened. Her constant nighttime companions were muscle spasms. She felt dizzy during the day, so she had to take two days at work at her own expense. Sitting in a stuffy office and at the computer she was unbearable.

In short, she only came to her senses after fainting. According to her homework, she was only a minute away, but that was enough to scare everyone.

Now she eats normally. Sleep has become better, but dark circles under the eyes have not yet passed. Although she tried to close them with powder, they are still visible close by. 7 kg back. It seems to me, it indicates that during this diet water, not fat, was leaving.

I must say that I involuntarily had sympathy for her. I want to believe that she will improve her health, she will no longer risk it that way. In her experience, I was convinced that there is nothing healthy in this diet.
