In Asian countries, rice dishes are basic. If you pay attention to the Japanese women and Chinese women, you can see that they have slender figures, and the skin to the deep years is elastic and taut. What is the secret? Many believe that the secret is in food, namely, in rice!
Rice has a porous molecular lattice and is able to absorb a large amount of water and salt. Due to this particular feature, rice removes harmful substances from the body.
There are several types of diets based on rice. One of them every year I use myself. In two weeks, such a diet leaves those extra pounds, the skin becomes noticeably cleaner and smoother.
This year, with the help of the rice diet, I said goodbye to 5 extra pounds. Before the diet, my weight was 63 kg, and two weeks later – 58 kg. Cellulite on the back of the thighs is noticeably reduced. Now I struggle with the remnants of cellulite with the help of canned massage. But about the massage, this is a deviation from the topic, back to the diet.
So, what is this rice detox diet and what is it?
Everything is very simple and quite cheap. Diet lasts 14 days.
Approximately 420 grams of rice is consumed per diet. On 30 gr dry rice for every day.
Every morning, 30 grams of rice should be well washed and pour cold water. Rice should stand in this form during the day. The next day, in the morning, the soaked rice is washed and boiled. Add salt, sugar, or anything else. Also in the morning is preparing a new portion of rice, which will be used the next day.
A prerequisite is that rice is eaten on an empty stomach and after that nothing can be eaten for 4 hours. You can drink, but only water.
After 4 hours you can have everything you want. And keep the usual diet to which you are accustomed.
As you can see, the diet is simple, the only thing you need is to remember to soak a new portion of rice every morning.
I also advise taking a vitamin complex along with a diet. Since, along with harmful substances, rice is able to remove beneficial vitamins and minerals from the body.
It will also be the way, and plenty of clean mineral water. Water accelerates the process of cleansing the body, the removal of toxins and heavy metals.
My feelings during the diet
After about a week of the rice diet, palpable lightness appears. Significantly reduced body volume. Swelling disappears. In the morning there is no feeling of weakness and fatigue. Cheerful and elated mood.
But I really want to note that it is quite difficult to withstand 4 hours without food at first. Already after 2 hours I started having bouts of hunger. It felt as if I had not eaten half a day, no less. We had to flee hunger with plain water. But I tell you, it was worth it!
5 kg in 2 weeks is a very good result!
The main thing is to maintain the previous form and review your diet – to include more physical activity. Then the extra kg will not dare to return to you!
