Review of the nutrition program Lose weight in a week, how to become slim

Lose weight in a week. The traditional menu, such a magical little chest was presented to me by my husband on February 14th. And my remarks became the reason for such a gift, such as I don’t try yet – I won’t believe! After watching another advertisement with Ksenia Borodina on TV (host of the House-2 project).
To some, such a gift may even seem offensive, with some overtones, but I’m not one of them. I understand perfectly, I still have a lot of work to be done on myself. After all, I began to struggle with recruited kilograms after two births only a year and a half ago.

The set contains bags with first, second dishes and drinks, all this in a dry form, which must be diluted with boiled water. The menu is designed for 3 meals, for 5 days.

I do not understand why the program is called losing weight in a week, apparently, this is such an advertising move. We are being set up for a full seven-day course, although in reality it is designed for only 5 days. There are also special capsules with vitamins and instructions describing the main provisions, recommendations and a table with which you can compare different types of menus.

Menu

Breakfast: drink (compote or cappuccino). Also, if desired, you can eat your product (egg, cottage cheese or yogurt, with a low content of calories and fat – 100g).

Lunch: the first dish – soup, the second, drink – tea. You can add vegetable salad without dressing (100g).

Tea time: apple or berries.

Dinner: the second course and jelly cleansing. Add boiled chicken or steamed fish (100g).

Before going to bed, for 3-4 hours, drink 1% kefir.

The calorie content of the daily ration, according to the inscriptions, is no more than 800-1000kall.

My Observations and Results

For lovers of all sorts of doshirakov and the like is quite even edible! If you have been dieting before, it may even seem tasty. The minus of this particular set is buckwheat, its too much.

As for the portions, it even seemed to me that at lunch you can get by with one dish. The first, the second and the salad just didn’t fit in me. Drinks resemble tastes that were declared, however, in a highly diluted form.

The brochure says that the dumped kg depends on the initial weight. In my case it was minus 2 kg. It’s been only 2 days since the end of the set. I had a couple of sachets extra, because, as I wrote above, there were very large portions for lunch.

The nutrition program is not hungry, it seems to me that it is based on a reduction in calories consumed per day.

The most interesting thing, when I told my sister about the set, it turned out that she bought me the same menu as a gift for March 8, but with a Mediterranean menu. So in the plans of the second five days and my review.
