Of all the sports, I love running. I love in the evening, when it’s not so hot, put on my favorite nikes and run along the boulevard, which I have next to my house. Every evening, this boulevard turns into a single sports ground, where everybody is doing what he likes.
Here you can meet crowds of runners, cyclists, roller skaters and beautiful guys on the horizontal bars. I am glad that sport is gaining such popularity and more and more people take care of their health. But it is important to remember that you need to run correctly. Otherwise, you can harm your body.
one. Shoes and clothes. Shoes must be correct, and you can damage the feet and joints. In sneakers, you can run only along the forest paths, so you need to choose shoes with good shock absorption under the heel and toe. In running sneakers should be comfortable and comfortable, they must be light and firmly fix the foot in order to protect it from injury. Therefore, do not even look at the velcro sneakers, only the laces! Personally, I prefer Nike shoes.
Clothes I always choose comfortable and elastic, so that it does not hamper movement. The top must be well fixed and support the chest, so I did not regret the money and bought a good sports top. Ordinary knit shirts will not work.
2 Warm up. Warm up is holy! Muscles are simply vital to warm up. Since I live on the fifth floor, I do a warm-up while I go down the stairs. I do squats, lunges, some stretching exercises. Warming up prepares my ligaments and protects them from stretching.
3 Running technique. Aby how to run can not. Jogging needs to be done correctly. Only then will it benefit our body.
Correct footwork. When running, there is a large load on the spine, therefore, to prevent it, I put my foot on the ground smoothly, first on the toe and then on the heel. The steps I try to do are not long.
Proper hand work. I bend the arms in the elbows, at an acute angle relative to the body, while clenching in the fist, and moving them parallel to the body. When throwing the right foot forward, the left hand also goes forward, rising in front of him to the center of the chest.
Proper body work. Rule number one is a smooth posture. I always make sure that the body is kept straight, I keep my head straight, I look strictly forward.
Proper breathing. My dad (trainer by training) taught me how to breathe properly when running. I breathe in through my nose and exhale through my mouth. If you breathe correctly, then the side will never prick. Checked on yourself!
The correct intensity of training. I try to do it regularly. When I decided to lose weight, I tried to run 3-4 times a week for 40 minutes. Such intensity is considered the most optimal.
