As far as I know, people with medical education are treated differently to the theory of separate nutrition. For some, its benefits are obvious, while others do not recognize the effectiveness of this system. Well, try or not – everyone decides for himself already!
On the basis of separate nutrition (or abbreviated – RP) based many diets of different durations. For those that are not rigid, I am fine.
The purpose of diets with RP may be a decrease or increase in weight, improved health, gaining muscle mass. It is based on the principle of combining certain products.
Dividing products into groups
There is a conditional division into three groups: acidic, alkaline and neutral.
This includes meat, poultry, fish and seafood, eggplants, mushrooms, soybeans, legumes, cheese, eggs, dairy products, nuts, seeds. This is a protein food, because protein content is greatest compared to other products. They are digested in an acidic environment, hence the name.
It includes all bread, confectionery and pasta, potatoes, cereals, compote, tea, honey, jam, sugar. In a word – carbohydrate products. The name of the group is explained by the fact that for their digestion an alkaline environment is required.
It consists of all vegetables (except potatoes!), Greens (dill, parsley, green onions, lettuce), fruits, dried fruits, berries, and natural juices without added sugar.
Properly combine the products according to the rules of separate food – it means not to use together products from the acid and alkaline groups. The components of a neutral group can be combined with anything.
