From today I start my blog My way to perfection.
I will start with a little preface:
For a year, I was very unhappy with my weight. Studying at the Medical University manifested itself, the constant stresses of passing the exams, I began to jam with all sorts of sweets. And my weight began to rise sharply. Instead of 50 kg, I weighed 70 kg. I started to look so fat! With my figure, my weight became sharply noticeable, it was especially visible in my loin body part.
Problems with the body!
I tried a huge number of diets, and I started with buckwheat. The first 2 days I was happy that my weight started to go away, and how! But on day 4, the buckwheat seemed so disgusting that I didn’t even want to eat it, but I had a goal and I wanted to go to it. However, my beloved mother intervened in my diet when I started having problems with my body.
My stomach ached, I felt dizzy, it was getting dark in my eyes, but why not all? Because you can not eat like this, so ruin your body. Also, I have experienced a lot of other diets. If you are interested in what kind of diet I tried, write, I will answer absolutely everything.
But at the moment I would like to talk about my current diet. Today is the 5th day of this diet. My starting weight is 67 kg. Now my weight is 65 kg. Weight goes slowly but surely. The diet I am eating now is the Dukan diet. Probably, many people have already heard about it, recently it has become popular.
At the moment I have an ATTACK, there are still 2 days left at this stage. At this stage, you can ONLY proteins. Today I once again cooked a chicken. And all day I ate only her (there was no time to cook something else). At night, a spoonful of bran and you can quietly go to bed with thoughts of weight loss.
And you know what pleases me?) So this is what in 2 days I can already eat vegetables. Probably, I will be happy as a child when I eat the first tomato. I also did chocolate wrapping today. I read somewhere that it is the most effective. Tomorrow I want to start practicing tummy, start a program on the press for 30 days. I want to go further and further!
I tell you that the diet is easy! No headaches and other problems (at least for me). I plan to go this way with you and share with you every day about your result. I would like to hear your feedback.
